How far in advance should I book your services?
It’s recommended to book at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons, to ensure availability for both makeup and hairstyling.
How do I secure my wedding date?
To officially book your date, a non-refundable retainer fee and a signed contract are required. The retainer is applied toward your total balance, which is due by the wedding day. Bookings are first-come, first-served.
Can I book with an estimated headcount and finalize later?
A confirmed minimum headcount is required to meet the minimum at the time of booking. However, we can accommodate additional attendees later. If your bridal party consists of six or more, please inform us as soon as possible so we can arrange additional artists if needed.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling requests may be subject to fees. Since your date is reserved exclusively for you, the retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable to a new date.
When should I book my bridal trial session?
It’s best to book your trial 1-2 months before your wedding to allow time for adjustments and ensure we create the perfect look for you.
How long does a trial session take?
A trial session typically lasts 2.5 hours, allowing time to perfect your makeup and/or hairstyle.
What should I bring to my trial session?
Bring inspiration photos, a picture of your wedding dress, and any hair accessories or veil you plan to wear. It also helps to arrive with a clean, moisturized face and dry hair.
What brands do you use for bridal makeup?
We use high-quality, professional-grade products from brands like Chanel, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Hourglass, Nars, MAC and other industry favorites to ensure longevity and a beautiful finish.
Can you accommodate different skin tones and skin types?
Yes! We specialize in working with all skin tones and types, ensuring a customized look that enhances your natural beauty.
Do you provide false eyelashes?
Yes! False lashes (strip or individual) are included in the bridal makeup package.
Can you work with all hair types and lengths?
Absolutely! Our hairstylists are experienced in working with all hair textures and lengths, from fine to thick, straight to curly, and everything in between.
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
We recommend washing your hair the night before or in the morning of the day and avoiding heavy conditioners or styling products. Clean, dry hair is best for styling.
How long does bridal makeup and hairstyling take on the wedding day?
There's 2.5 hours for both makeup with hairstyling for the bride. We create a custom timeline to keep the wedding morning organized.
